I have done several projects at the University of La Verne in the Marketing Management course. In the class, we used several techniques to analyze a company. The followings are some of them.
In the first project, we analyze the US health club industry. We compared 24 Hour Fitness and LA Fitness target markets, and by searching 24 Hour fitness customers' complaints, we give them recommendations. In the end, we designed our ideal gym.
In the second project, we analyze SoulCycle through its market landscape, market trends, value, segmentation, persona, and positioning statement. At last, we give them recommendations and advertisement sketches based on our analysis.
In the final project, we designed our boutique gym. We estimated our market potential and decided on our gym's value, product, price, place, positioning statement, and media allocation. At last, we made our advertisement about our gym.
